Claymore Associates works with professionals from diverse backgrounds to offer a wide range of experience and skills to its clients in the corporate and nonprofit sectors. A partial list of our associates includes the following individuals: THOMAS F. WHITE is Vice President of Claymore Associates, Inc. Tom specializes in providing consumer research, marketing plan development, organizational culture analysis, and program evaluation to corporate and nonprofit clients. He has more than 20 years experience in marketing management at hospitals, universities, and small businesses. Tom holds a bachelor of arts in sociology from Southern Methodist University and an MBA in marketing from the University of North Texas. He was an adjunct marketing professor at Chapman and Regis Universities for over 15 years. STEPHEN K. GOLDSTONE specializes in consultations with healthcare organizations on strategy development and implementation, and on all finance-related issues. Steve has more than 30 years experience in the healthcare industry and has held senior management positions at Lincoln National Corporation, PARTNERS National Health Plans, VHA Enterprises, and CIGNA Healthplan. Steve received a bachelor of science in business administration and a master's degree in hospital and health care administration from the University of Minnesota. He serves as a Trustee of Memorial Hospital of Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he chairs the Audit and Finance Committees. SUE G. FISHER is currently Executive Director of Coro Leadership Center - St. Louis. Over the past 25 years, she has focused on helping leaders in nonprofit organizations improve their leadership knowledge, skills, and abilities. Prior to her work in leadership development at Coro, Sue was executive director of Nonprofit Services Consortium, a collaboration of universities, funders, and nonprofit capacity building service providers in the Missouri/Illinois area. She has been involved in community collaborations such as the Community Partnership of University City and the Prevention Partnership, and has served on the Board of Directors of the Missouri Family Health Council. Sue is a candidate for a Ph.D. in public policy at Saint Louis University, holds a master of arts in health and physical education from Truman State University, and a bachelor of science in education from Drake University. DAVID H. LEE is the president and founding principal consultant of Strategic Perspectives LLC. He is responsible for operations of the company and an expert in IT and technology strategic management, business and technology process design and management, technology development and solutions innovation, and cross-functional organizational relationships. Before launching the company in 1993, David was the Advanced Systems Department Manager at Loral Aerospace with responsibility for the Colorado Springs division's R&D, simulation laboratory, requirements management, and technology strategic planning. He is a published writer, professional speaker, facilitator, highly-rated instructor, and executive coach. |
